Introduction

As the availability and accessibility of information, images, videos, and music grows, teachers must have a clear understanding of what can and cannot be used - more properly stated as what may and may not be used - both for their own use and for teaching and guiding students. The explosion of all types of content, accompanied by the proliferation of tools used to manipulate this content, has brought with it a similar explosion in creativity.
